Due to the pandemic caused by the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), FBC had to be creative in how we celebrated Easter this year. First, our Palm Sunday worship service, Maundy Thursday, and Wednesday Bible study and Easter Worship service were all broadcast online. The annual church Easter Egg hunt could not be held. However, Talia Martinez delivered and hid eggs for the small children in the church at their homes (see below). On a special note, the church was able to host a special sunrise Curbside Communion in front of the church building on Easter morning in which 85 persons participated. Deacon Kevin Woods and Pastor Toby Wagoner wore gloves and mask while serving.
Here are some pictures from Holy Week including our beautiful sanctuary.
